We completed lease-up and renovation work within a short-term management period of approximately one year from acquisition to sale, successfully selling the property at a price more than 25% higher than the acquisition price.

Track record: Management of Development-Oriented TMK.
We participated in a development project pursued by a joint venture consisting of Mitsui Fudosan and multiple external investors, promoting business commercialization. We arranged debt financing and procured funds at a favorable interest spread.
