Approach to Promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I)
As a member of the Mitsui Fudosan Group, Mitsui Fudosan Investment Advisors is working to promote DE&I. Respecting diversity, providing equal opportunities, and building inclusive workplace environments are crucial factors that are central to our corporate culture.
We do our utmost to promote DE&I based on the following approach.
- Respect diversity: We embrace and respect all types of diversity.
- Provide equal opportunities: We provide opportunities to ensure that all employees can equally achieve professional growth and build their careers.
- Build inclusive workplace environments: We provide environments in which employees can work without worry, and we are also developing a workplace culture that encourages the free expression of opinions.
Through these efforts, we will create a workplace where each and every employee can give full play to their talents and will aim to achieve sustainable growth for the company. We will also cooperate with our stakeholders to form a shared understanding of the value of DE&I and work to balance social value with economic value.

Flexible workstyles
We have systems in place that enable employees, including those caring for family members or raising children, to choose ways of working that suit their lifestyles. Working from home, flextime, shortened work hours, various leaves, and other systems are offered as part of our workplace environment that meets employees' diverse needs.

Balancing work and life
To ensure that employees can balance their work and personal lives, we have enhanced our benefits as well as our systems to improve their ease of work. We raise employee well-being through measures to prevent long work hours, ICT utilization, payment assistance for medical checkups, and the introduction of a cafeteria plan. At the same time, we will promote workstyles enabling employees to have both fulfilling careers and fulfilling lives away from work.

Hiring and training diverse talent
We have created work environments in which diverse personnel can actively participate regardless of their gender, age, or nationality. Their professional growth is encouraged by means of a fair evaluation system, gathering of feedback on personnel affairs, and substantial training programs. We also support the acquisition of various qualifications with the aim of bringing out the most of each individual's skills.
