Mitsui Fudosan Investment Advisors meets the diverse needs of investors as their real estate investment solution partner by fully harnessing the Mitsui Fudosan Group's three core businesses and advanced real estate-related skills.

The Mitsui Fudosan Group positions the asset management business as an important component of its core business, and it is pursuing asset management operations through Mitsui Fudosan Investment Advisors and four listed-REIT management companies. Mitsui Fudosan Investment Advisors engages in the management of private funds and private REITs mainly for institutional investor customers.

Mitsui Fudosan Group's long-term vision

In 2024, the Mitsui Fudosan Group formulated & INNOVATION 2030, its long-term vision with three key business strategy paths:

Policy on the management business including Mitsui Fudosan Investment Advisors

  • Further develop the business model consisting of holding and leasing, development and sales, and management. In addition to stable leasing income from property holdings, accelerate asset turnover and realize added value (valuation gains) at an early stage from real property for sale and fixed assets overall.
  • After sale of properties, manage them over the long term as assets under management.
  • Also consider the proactive use of third-party funding from the kick-off stage of large-scale development projects.
