assets. Real estate securitization requires considerable specialist expertise
in such advanced financing techniques as the establishment of SPCs (special
purpose companies), the use of trusts for property management and disposal,
and the financing through non-recourse loans. Mitsui Fudosan Investment Advisors,
Inc. boasts an extensive record of achievements, including the organization
of the incubation fund for the Nippon Building Fund Inc., as well as investments
in a “Residential Fund” specializing in rental housing, and a “Hospitality Residence
