Mitsui Fudosan Group groups its rental residential and hotel businesses into a single category, the Accommodation Division, which provides what we call “living and lifestyle spaces and services.” The Group offers a wide range of high value-added services for living and lifestyle spaces, from long-term rental apartments to serviced apartments, and hotels for short-term stays.
Environmental Initiatives
Working to resolve global environmental issues is indispensable for the realization of a sustainable society, and global measures to deal with climate change, centering on reduction of CO2 emissions, are urgently needed.
In March 2010, the Mitsui Fudosan Group established a company “environmental communication word,” “& EARTH,” so that all our stakeholders can understand our various commitments to maintaining the global environment.
Through this “environmental communication word,” we hope to reaffirm that our urban development is “together with the Earth” and become a unified Group with our various stakeholders, who include customers, local communities, business partners and the government, to contribute to the development of society and the economy, and contribute to the global environment.
