We have provided a number of investment opportunities for prime properties for investment, ranging from office buildings, retail facilities, leased residential properties to large-scale mixed-use properties.
Our efforts and the trust we have built up with our clients resulted in assets under management of approximately 1,547 billion yen as of the end of March 2023. We will do our utmost to further increase the amount of assets under management.

Assets under management is the sum of the acquisition costs of properties where we provide asset management services or the appraised value of the properties at the time when we signed asset management contracts.
Asset management contracts include investment advisory contracts and the contracts that fall under the category of discretionary investment contracts as defined by the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and investment advisory contracts and discretionary management contracts as defined by the Real Estate Investment Advisory Business Rules. It also includes contracts regarding the provision of management services for the possession, management and operations of properties that do not accompany investment decisions.
